Buyer Logistics Terms

1. Purpose
To protect the shopping experience and logistics security of buyers (hereinafter referred to as “Party A”), and to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and transparency of product delivery, these terms and conditions are hereby established. By placing an order for goods on this online store, Party A agrees to the contents of these terms and conditions.
2. Delivery Area
Currently, the delivery area is limited to Mainland Australia and some remote areas (such as Tasmania, the Northern Territory, etc.).
Overseas delivery service is not available at the moment.
3. Delivery Method

4. Shipping Costs

- If a package is returned due to personal reasons (such as an incorrect address or failure to pick it up in time), the recipient will be responsible for the cost of resending it.
5. Receipt and Signing for Delivery

Party A shall ensure that the delivery address, recipient’s name and telephone number are correct to avoid affecting delivery.

If delivery fails, is returned, or is delayed due to incorrect address, recipient information, or no one signing for the package provided by Party A, Party A shall bear the relevant responsibilities and costs.

Upon receiving the goods, Party A shall immediately inspect the packaging for any damage, shortage, or error. Notify customer service within 24 hours and provide photographic proof.

Once Party A signs for the goods, it shall be deemed that the appearance and quantity of the goods are correct.
6. Force Majeure
If logistics are delayed, suspended, or damaged due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, traffic disruptions, government regulations, or pandemics, Party B shall not be liable for the delay, but shall do its best to assist in handling and compensating the parties involved.
Supplier Logistics and Shipping Management Terms

1. Purpose
To ensure smooth logistics operations, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain the platform’s reputation, these terms and conditions are hereby established to regulate the supplier’s (hereinafter referred to as “Party B”) responsibilities related to delivery, distribution, and after-sales service.
2. Delivery Time Requirements
- The second party shall complete the shipment within 48 hours of receiving the order notification (excluding statutory holidays). For pre-ordered or customized products, the shipment time must be clearly indicated on the product page and approved by the online store.
- If Party B fails to deliver the goods within the stipulated time, the online store has the right to:

- For orders that are not shipped by the deadline, the online store may automatically cancel the order and deduct the deposit or impose a fine, depending on the circumstances.

3. Logistics methods and carriers
- Party B shall use the logistics service provider designated or approved by the mall for delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
- If Party B chooses another logistics company, it must ensure that the logistics provider has legal operating qualifications and bears full responsibility for delivery safety, timeliness, and damage to goods.
- The second party shall not send goods by regular mail or without tracking; all shipments must have a logistics tracking number.
4. Packaging and labeling requirements
- Product packaging must meet the following requirements:
- The outer packaging was intact, clean, and undamaged;
- It has comprehensive waterproof, pressure-resistant, and impact-resistant measures;
- Clearly display the shipping label, product name, order number, and return information.

- If the goods are fragile, liquid, or made of special materials, Party B shall take appropriate protective measures.
- If goods are damaged or returned by customers due to improper packaging, Party B shall bear the relevant losses and shipping costs.
5. Logistics information feedback
- The second party shall upload a valid tracking number to the online store system within 24 hours after shipment.
- The second party must ensure that logistics information can be checked in real time. If there is any false, incorrect or outdated information, the mall has the right to suspend settlement or impose penalties.
6. Delivery anomalies and liability
- If delivery fails or goods are returned due to reasons such as delayed delivery by Party B, logistics errors, improper packaging, or incorrect address information, Party B shall bear the full amount of loss.
- If a customer cancels an order or files a complaint due to delays by Party B, the online store may impose a fine or lower Party B’s credit rating, depending on the severity of the situation.
- If the responsibility lies with the logistics company, Party B shall proactively assist the online store and the logistics company in handling the claims process to ensure the rights and interests of customers.
7. Returns and Exchanges and Reverse Logistics
- The second party shall handle the return and exchange policy in accordance with the mall and complete the processing within 3 working days after receiving the returned item.
- The responsibility for return logistics costs shall be determined according to the mall’s return and exchange policy or the agreement between the two parties.
- If Party B delays the return or exchange of goods without justifiable reason or refuses to cooperate, the mall has the right to suspend Party B’s account and settlement of funds.
8. Breach of Contract Handling
- If Party B violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions, the online store may take the following actions:
- First violation: Written warning;
- Second violation: fine or suspension of product listing;
- For those who commit multiple violations or major breaches of contract: the cooperation will be terminated and the deposit will be forfeited.

- If Party B causes losses to the mall or consumers due to its breach of contract, Party B shall be liable for full compensation.
9. Other
- These terms are part of the marketplace supplier cooperation agreement and have the same legal effect as the main contract.
- The mall reserves the right to revise these terms as needed for business purposes, and will notify Party B in advance. The revised terms will take effect from the date of the announcement.
